1. About Strands by TK

Strands by TK is owned and operated by Tara L. Karels, a sole proprietor based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. By using this website (strandsbytk.com) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Quotes

All custom apparel and gift orders are quoted individually. Pricing is not published on the site; a free quote is provided after an inquiry is submitted. Orders are considered confirmed once a quote is accepted and any required deposit or payment is received.

3. Production & Turnaround

Turnaround times vary by order size and product type and will be communicated at the time of quoting. Strands by TK will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping

Strands by TK currently ships only within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or quoting.

5. Returns & Corrections

Because items are custom-made to order, all sales are generally final. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the agreed-upon order, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] to arrange a correction or resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and site content are the property of Strands by TK unless otherwise noted. Customer-submitted artwork or logos remain the property of the customer, who confirms they have the right to use and reproduce it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Strands by TK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
